You must be an FCA registered Broker, Insurer or MGA to be eligible (you will need to provide your FCA number). We define law firms, consultants, software and technology vendors and any company that offers any other service to brokers/insurers/MGAs as Industry Partners.

No, you are welcome to register as many delegates as you like.

All cancellations must be notified to us in writing and are subject to the following terms:

Registration fees are refundable, less a 10% administration fee, up to and including Monday 12th April 2021. From 13th April 2021 no refund will be given.

There are a number of sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities available. More details are available by contacting Jack Thomson or Leah Keating.

The latest agenda is available on the website and will be updated as and when additional details are confirmed. Please note that the agenda is subject to change and the version on the website will always be the most up to date.

Yes, the content will be available for 3 months to all registered delegates.

The delegate list will not be published but you will be able to communicate with all registered delegates via the online portal.

Yes, all sponsors will have their own content hub to enable delegates to interact via instant messaging, or set up a video meeting, download content etc.

Yes, once the online portal is open attendees will be able to message each other and arrange virtual meetings.

Whilst all presentations have been pre-recorded to minimise any technical issues during the conference, all speakers will be joining the scheduled sessions online and will be available to answer questions either through a live Q&A or via the social wall.

Your delegate pass gives you access to all the sessions throughout the 3 days as well as Q&As, social streams, roundtable discussions, sponsors and the content hub. The content will also be available to all delegates who attend for 3 months post-event.

Yes, but you will need to provide their details at point of registration to ensure they receive the correct login details for the online portal.

No, the links are unique to each person and only one login can be active at a time.

No, you can pick and choose your own agenda each day, and as the content will be available for a limited time post event, you can also catch up with any sessions you couldn’t fit in.
